2018 End of Year Dates

The most consistent marriage advice Adam and I have both received is…. go on dates!

Eight months of marriage and here we are! When people gave us this advice we were like duh…but it really has been harder than it seems.

Even as we focus on pursuing our dreams, we are striving to spend time together on meaningful, budget friendly dates. Recently we put our brains together to come up with a list of dates we want to have before the 2018 year is over.

  • Acro yoga
  • Hot Yoga Friday night
  • Bowling
  • Wild Adventures trip
  • Take EV to a dog park
  • New World disc golf in Jacksonville
  • Jacksonville Jaguars Game
  • Jack’s Chophouse (trying a new restaurant in town)
  • Play tennis
  • Hike Stone Mountain
  • Try soup at Panera Bread on a cold day

We hear a lot of your couple friends get stuck in the mindset that ‘dates are too expensive’. Or the mindset that you do not need dates because they do everything besides work together. Trust us, we get it! This list above is a very wide and budget friendly start to some memorable quality time dates. If you know a young married couple, please share this blog post with them as a reminder to date their spouse and to provide affordable date ideas. There will be blog updates on the dates listed above! Stay tuned to hear if these dates get brought to life and how they go.

Keep your head up high and your words filled with love.
